JAI 117 Just Add Yellow

..well SU yellow

I have  struggled with yellow so this week its my challenge at Just Add Ink and yes..we have yellow!

I just didnt do one card though as one thing led to another and voila!, I had 3 cards (actually 4 but that went in the bin! lol)

Here was the first card I made using the Lace ribbon border punch.

From here I went to this..(Using up my scraps)

and then finally to this with the leftovers and wanting to edge my cards differently.

My inspiration is from here..absolutely awesome!

All reminded me of the crochet or lace table cloths we used to have (okay I still have some lol)

..sooo hope you play along with us this week!

  1. What folder background did you use on card one and three? They are all absolutely beautiful and look simple to make. Marge

  2. These are absolutely beautiful.

WOW – these are great – isn’t great when you can may 3 for 1

  4. Beautiful, Delys; love them all. The satin bow, and the great oval frame you’ve created, on the third card, make that one my favourite. I love what you’ve done with the others, too; very inspiring. Thanks for sharing the link, too; very cool!

I love them all Delys, that border punch looks great as a lace background.

  6. That is a hard challenge – not being a yellow girl myself! But to come up with three very different, but equally beautiful cards – you are amazing. I love how you have put all your “leftovers” to use Delys

  7. Wow Delys I love each of your cards. Fabulous way to use the Lace Ribbon border punch on your top card, not to mention using up scraps on all of them. Excellent results.

  8. Wow, wow and a big wow! All three are a work of art but I particularly love what you have done with the third card – just beautiful.

  9. Delys you are just amazing – all three are just gorgeous! Love all the different lacey effects you got using the punch.
